Best Doctor ever, doctor Chams goes above and beyond for the benefit and health of her patient , personally she never failed me, and her crew so professional welcoming and kind. Been my doctor for 9 years not one time I was not impressed.

I love Dr Chams, Marisol, Robert and everyone here! I have been entrusting them with my health for many years and highly recommend them. They are extremely knowledgeable and just wonderful people overall.

My mother and I have been coming to this doctor forever, literally since before I was born! I started seeing Doctor Chams personally for the last 13 years and its always such an easy experience. All the ladies in the reception area are always so warm and welcoming. The doctor herself is always very thorough and informative, as well as very personable! She definitely is a very compassionate doctor, especially when situations arise that need a little extra care.Definitely recommend her to anyone!!! I will never go to anyone else!

I have been seeing Dr Joyce Chams since 1995! Wow...thats long! Both my kids now 18 & 24 were delivered by her via c-section. Due to insurance changes, I had to change doctors for a few years. I was extremely happy when she was back with my insurance plan. My experience has always been good. I get my questions & concerns answered. She always calls me back at some point during the day depending on my situation. The office has been responsive as well. Happy with my care for many years!

New patient here. I have been searching for a good GYN for years - my two previous doctors retired and left me homeless for last 8 years. A friend referred me to Dr. Chams and I had my first appointment. Great office. super nice staff, perfect location. Dr. Chams is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I did not feel she was rushing, she took her time to get to know my history. Overall great experience.

I have gone to Dr Chams for the past 17 years. My daughters also go to her. She is patient kind, professional and compassionate. She is sensitive to the needs of individual patients and their histories. Her office staff is a family- they treat everyone who comes in with the same attention, courtesy and respect. They pay attention to details as well as to privacy for each patient. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Chams is the most caring and professional person. I’ve been seeing her for 15 years and always have had such a wonderful experiences with her. Excellent patient care- front desk staff ,as well. Dr. Joyce listens and answers every question patiently. You never feel rushed. She explains whatever procedure she is performing and develops a relationships with you. I have been seeing Dr. Chams for many years- my daughters go as well. HIghly recommended!!

Absolutely love this office & adore Dr Chams! I was fortunate enough to find this office last year during the the pandemic, when I needed to see someone urgently. Dr Chams is incredibly professional, supportive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. One of the main benefits of this office (besides Dr Chams, herself) is that not only will the pap/breast/routine gynecological exam be completed efficiently, but Dr Chams may also go beyond the minimum and complete your annual physical eval if you need one. That’s so beneficial for me, as it means I don’t have to schedule with yet another office or PCP visit to obtain that vital information. She truly cares about your overall health & well-being, and just seems like a wonderful person in general. The staff is also wonderful. Last year they kindly & without complaint faxed the results of the aforementioned physical SEVEN times to another clinic because the other clinic kept misplacing the report. Seven. Times. If you have ANY fear or anxiety over gynecological visits (like I used to)...make an appt to see Dr Chams & her amazing practice & staff.

I did a lot of research to find an OB/GYN with great reviews so I was hopeful Dr. Chams would be awesome. There was a 6 week wait just for a regular office visit. Unfortunately I felt like she wasnt interested in me as a patient and tried to get me out of her office as soon as possible. I will not be returning. I was further upset by her office visit price. It was $200 after my decent PPO insurance, just for her to speak with me. Very disappointing, it seems this doctor is more interested in money than helping people from my impression.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Joyce Chams for over 4 years. I love her! Her staff is friendly and helpful as well. When I have questions, Dr. Chams takes the time to answer them and makes sure I understand the answer. I will be very sad to have to choose a different doctor because of insurance changes. Its a shame that in America health insurance companies are ultimately in control of peoples healthcare instead of doctors and patients.

Terrible doctor. Saw her years ago. Had a few appointments with her and two terrible experiences. I recall her being arrogant and dismissive. I was young and ignorant and didnt know that I shouldve challenged her on her diagnoses and recommendations. Live and learn. I write this so that others avoid her and find better care from a more caring doctor.First, I was having lower abdominal pain (consistent with my cycle) that she said was the result of a uterine polyp, which she said needed to be removed. After the procedure she remarked that she was surprised that the polyp was much smaller than shed expected. Years later when I recounted the experience to another doc, she sighed/rolled her eyes and confirmed that it was doubtful I needed the polyp removed/D&C procedure. I wonder if I didnt end-up with scar tissue from what was likely a needless procedure. Ill never really know, but given that I was young and in my twenties I cant help but wonder if she wasnt just drumming-up business, or needlessly heavy-handed.Second, I was getting married and asked to go on the pill. I wanted a pill that prevented ovulation (she seemed inexplicably irritated by this), which gave me all sorts of wacky (but common! side-effects like spotting and bloating, etc.). When I complained of the side-effects at my next appointment she very abruptly (and arrogantly) looked at me and said There are no studies to show that the pill is causing those symptoms. As if I was making it up? I know this wasnt just my impression because my mild-mannered, calm soon-to-be-husband sat in on the appointment with me and was surprised by her manner. She proceeded to hand me a sample for another pill. After leaving the appointment I sat in the car and randomly decided to read the insert for this new pill. Every single side-effect Id complained about in the appointment was listed in the insert.Shes a lousy doctor and an obnoxious person. Avoid.

I have been seeing Dr.Joyce Chams for many years, she is a wonderful, caring Dr. who is extremely patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. Her staff is also wonderful, love those ladies and of course Robert who does the ultrasounds.

Dr. Chams is a great OB/GYN. Ive come to her for my female health concerns for over a year now. Shes always friendly and has addressed all of my concerns in a knowledgable, non-judgemental way. I highly recommend her to any other ladies looking for a Gyne

It doesnt matter where I live in the world. I will always ALWAYS come back for Joyce and her team. They have been taking care of me for over a decade, and I walk out of every appointment feeling so safe, re-assured, and comfortable in my own skin. Chams is the best in the game.

I have been seeing Joyce for over 23 years and have since sent my niece and my daughter. Most people cringe at the thought of going to the gyne, but not with Joyce. I actually look forward to going and seeing her and her amazing staff. From my first pregnancy to now entering menopause, she is the only doctor I truly trust. Worst experience Ive ever had with a doctor visit.I recently saw Dr.Joyce Chams for a Womans wellness visit. She did the PAP smear test and suggested that I do a urine test since I was trying to get pregnant. After doing the urine test , she said I have urine infection and needed to do further culture analysis on it. I took a second opinion soon after and tested positive for pregnancy with no infection. Next Dr.Joyce Chams office send me a bill for specialist visit when I just went for wellness visit which was covered by my insurance. When I called their office, they said they billed me for both specialist and wellness visit as I had a Problem. Firstly, they wrongly diagnosed my pregnancy as a urine infection and then they make it as my problem to change a Wellness visit to specialist visit.

I can’t say enough about the feeling of having an ally in my healthcare.I’ve been a patient for many years,through all sorts of life changes.Dr.Chams is warm,accessible ,and so so smart .What a blessing it is to have a true ally in my healthcare .I also so appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the whole office staff. Great people .

The times that Ive seen Dr. Chams, she has been very pleasant and professional, even though I thought it was strange that she insists on seeing everyone for a yearly check-up, twice a year. However, Ive had a series of bad experiences recently with her office. I had originally given a lower rating with no comment after horrible customer service incidents and hearing many different explanations on why all of her patients needed to come in every 6 months. The next day I received a call from her and was actually pretty impressed thinking that she was going to make it right. Instead, she continually stated that my star rating, without a comment, was going to look bad for her, each time sounding more and more angry and placing the blame elsewhere. In the end, she did fix the problem but I was completely shocked at the unprofessionalism of that phone call. All she had to do was apologize and fix the problem and then ask politely that I update my rating. She asked for a comment, so here it is...
