Kindbody - Glenview

Everyone at Kindbody is helpful and friendly. Appointments are available starting at 6AM which is super convenient. The clinics are beautiful, and have snacks available. All of the support staff/front desk is friendly and knowledgeable.My nurses are always available to answer questions, send scripts. My nurse is Ivettzie. She is always there for what I need. When I began treatment, I happened to have a monitoring appointment that day. Ivettzie called me into her office to show me how to use my complicated prescriptions. lol I’m sitting there with a notebook and telling my partner he has to do the injecting 😂.There are also videos in the portal that show how to administer the medication.Dr. Louden is the best reproductive specialist Ive had, and she’s my 4th one. I guess I saved the best for last. She develops fantastic treatment plans, and ensures that I know and understand the plan. Her nurses ensure I follow the plan. You can tell she wants you to succeed in becoming a family. I can’t explain it.To jump back to the very beginning:The insurance navigators are superb! You can choose to hand in your insurance cards or email them to an email address they will provide to you. I sent my docs in the morning, and knew I could begin treatment by the end of the day. Soon, they uploaded forms for me to complete and sign.Im so glad I found Kindbody. I’m so optimistic about my future mommyhood ☺️

The nurses and technicians are great! Loved my doctor although I only saw her twice at my retrieval and the embryo placement. Lot of them went through the same struggles as their patients ❤️‍🩹. As someone mentioned in their review, it was very hard to talk to someone over the phone and through the portal, also they overcharged us a few times but that wasn’t the case before they moved to a new location. I liked the old one better. They did help us and we are very grateful 🙏, we have a beautiful healthy boy who just turned 2y.

The staff have always been kind but the communication has been very poor.The portal messages are often vague especially with payments instead of having a bill with details. We were charged twice at our inital appointment and I’ve gone to an appointment saying I owed something when I did not. No one at the front desk is aware of what the charges are for even though they’re asking for payment.I brought trigger medication to an appointment and asked if I could speak with a nurse to make sure I was doing it correctly. I was told no one could help and I’d be sent a video with information. I never received the video and the information I received did not match the items I had. The on-call number 90% of the time goes to a voicemail and you can never talk to a live person until someone calls you back a day later.

We had an excellent experience at Vios working with Dr. Louden. We did 3 IUIs and 1 round of IVF and are pregnant with our first. We did 2/3 IUIs with another provider. We felt that the Glenview office was the best. The front office staff was very caring and we felt like we got the attention we needed. While at times it felt like we were getting shuffled between nurses and that was difficult. However, we recognize that there is a nursing shortage currently and we would experience that at any clinic. We went to Vios because it was one of the few clinics that was covered by our insurance however we would fully recommend using Vios to grow your family.

I never felt alone . No matter how many time I have to ask something, they always help me , my medication was on time every time that I need it . This is very hard , emotionally and physical but the treatment always was excepcional 😊 thank you very much for everything.

Angie Beltsos was the best doctor I have ever encountered and the entire team I worked with showed complete professionalism and respect. They helped me get my wonderful children and I recommend them to everyone in the world!

Always be careful they always change extra even when you pay everything off and you think your done they still send you a bill to pay they thieves 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Horrible place, the person who took the call was very rude and did not want to help at all.
