Health Express Urgent Care

This place is my best kept secret. Within the last year my family has used them at least 10 times, and every single visit has been unlike any other urgent care experience Ive had. Theyre quick, thorough, and so friendly. Their process is painless, too, especially if you book ahead and fill out paperwork online. Ive honestly been hesitant review because I dont want things to change, haha. But I also want to keep them in business as theyre privately owned and so convenient. I 10/10 recommend!

This was one of the best interactions yet. Allie and Peyton were very quick to help get checked in and seen right away. Being that I had to leave work to start my day was irritating but their quick help made the visit very easy which allowed me to be seen just as quickly by Ashley whom was also very quick and helpful in her examination. This allowed me to get back to work in a timely manner. Thank you all for being very professional!

Went to a university urgent care first since we use all UH drs and specialists and thought it might be easier that way, o my to find out they didn’t take out insurance (weird, right?) so we knew exactly where to go because We always use this urgent care, they’re really fast and efficient. You can check in & schedule online making the process even faster. We’ve been seen by them for Covid, flu, strep. Always a painless visit! Thank you guys for always being so quick & caring & being able to pick up the slack of the hospital we use.

Took my daughter there for a sick visit. Allie called us right back and was super sweet! She went ahead and did the strep test so it could be working while we waited on the provider. Alex the provider was great! He took his time with my daughter and listened to my concerns. Pattyon was sitting at the checkout desk and she acknowledged us asking if we needed a doctors note and was super sweet! We will definitely be using them for our urgent needs. Thank you!!

I was very pleased with my experience. No wait at all. Ally X-ray tech and nurse practitioner Lauren I might have her name wrong?? Were very nice and professional. All good!

I have been here many times before for myself and my daughter and never had any issues until today. When you walk in there is a big sign with a QR code asking you to use that to sign-in. Once you do it sends a confirmation email and lets you know youre place in line. Even though the site it takes you to to sign-in asks you to scan your ID and insurance card, they also want you to go to the reception desk to have them scan it in a second time. Information that is not told to you by the website, a posted sign, or the live person sitting at the desk. I waited an hour after signing in and was not called to the desk by the receptionist, was not acknowledged by her, or asked to bring up my cards. After 2 other patients came in as walk-ins and were taken back before me, I asked what was going on. The receptionist (who was wearing a gold name plate necklace saying Valeria) got very rude with me and said that most patients come to the desk first and then sign-in on the website (instructions on the sign encouraging you to use the website say otherwise), I told her there is no posted instructions that said this and why did she allow me to sit there for an hour and not say anything to me if she knew I hadnt visited her desk, this was met with a very rude blank stare and then her continuing to be rude and blame me for her not doing her job. So a quick trip urgent care to get my ear looked at for an ear infection took longer than if I had gone to the ER because this girl doesnt want to do her job properly or know how to be nice to people or apologize for her mistakes. I stead she gets a nasty attitude with patients and blames them. This happened to another patient that was already waiting when I got there who chose to take her daughter and leave because she had been there almost an hour and a half and the receptionist had still not checked them in even though she had the womans ID and insurance card on her desk as the woman had to wait for her to give them back so she could leave. I will gladly return back once they get a competent and nice receptionist that actually wants to do her job.

Highly recommend, we walked in and were seen within 3 minutes. The front office staff were friendly and efficient. The PA or NP was kind, listened and treated my 5 year old amazingly. After her check up she took the time to find a sticker for my daughter and bonded over Disney princesses. I enjoy coming here over my pediatrician at times specifically for easy in an out care. Our script was sent over immediately and we had no issues.

I recently moved to Avon Lake, Ohio and do not have a PCP at this time. I found this location on line and cannot say enough about them - they were all wonderful! My doctor was very nice and friendly! A great experience all the way around; I will go back again and highly recommend them.

This urgent care has always been reliable to me and my kids. Today I went to THREE urgent cares all denying access to treatment because 1. My child was too young to be seen. 2. One was closed when online says open untill 2. And 3. One doesnt take my insurance. Go to health express urgent care for all your health needs. They always take care of you. They have the best hours available to you especially on the weekends! And if you cant leave for an office visit, they offer virtual visits! I mean how much better can this place be?! Best 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful and very helpful staff. Most comfortable i have felt in a long time. Definitely will be here for future visits when in need. Its very hit and miss throughout these clinics in the area and im very pleased with the services and respect this staff has offered. 10 out of 10.

Check-in procedures are easy and efficient.The actual care is hot garbage.After a barely minimal examination, no other tests were performed, no diagnosis given, no instructions, and the placed smelled of Marijuana.They gave a very generic prescription for an antibiotic with no explanation as to what it was supposed to treat.Cannot recommend at all.

I will never go to this urgent care again, weve used this location for a few years now and we always had a good experience. The last couple times weve been there though the rooms are dirty and the staff is very unprofessional. I had my daughter there for a sick visit with an appointment, we sat in the waiting room for almost an hour while they were calling back people who were walks in that came in after us. When I told the girl at the desk to just cancel her appointment because we were there so long and they were calling people back that came in after us she just rolled her eyes at me. I work in Healthcare myself and the way they act there is very unprofessional. Very disappointed with our experience

I came in for a DOT physical today and was greeted by Peyton who was very friendly, then was greeted by Allie who took me back, also very friendly, both girls were amazing and super pleasant, had me laughing the whole time. - I owe them Taco Bell! Alex the provider was also awesome, I will definitely come back for my urgent care needs!!

Visited Health Express UC on late Sat afternoon when a rash on my back that started the day before began to also burn and ache. After a short wait, was seen by the NP and received diagnosis of what I suspected...shingles! :(I have only one suggestion - provide patient with information sheet that provides some basic info on their condition. Otherwise, everyone was great, very pleasant and friendly! A quick and great experience! Thank you!!

This was my first time at this urgent care and I will definitely go back...Everyone was very nice and helpful...I didnt have an apt so I was thinking Id be there awhile but I wasnt...The provider I saw was very friendly and I was pleased with the care I received. THANK you!

I was looking for a fast in and out care service and found one convenient for me. Waiting was short importantly everything on first floor no elevators, easy parking found a space seconds from CareCenter. Doctor professional took excellent care of me. This was a very good experience. I would go back again.

It was my first visit at the Health Express Urgent Care in Avon Lake. I was seen immediately by Ashley who was assisted by Allie. I received excellent care in a spotless facility in a very timely manner. They were very efficient and friendly too. I will never wait for hours as I previously had at my usual clinic. I’m so glad my friend referred me to Health Express.

Everyone at this office , Dr.s , nurses, front desk clerks were very kind and showed sincere sympathy and compassion for my health . I so appreciate you all! 🤗 I and my family will continue to seek our urgent medical attention from this office in the future! 😁

I made an appointment ahead of time and they called me in right on time. The staff was helpful considering the pain I was in. And she helped me verify my insurance coverage.

Extremely kind and caring. I was overwhelmed with my BWC paperwork and they worked with me to be sure I was seen and taken care of. Ashley is a great office manager who worked with me until I had everything I needed. Staff and doctors were also very helpful

The front desk manager investigated a situation appropriately and I received the most caring response from my on call specialist. She was truly concerned and listened and responded and intervened to make my day and quality of life better. All persons involved were so very helpful. They deserve all my praise!

I along with our organization became familiar with Health Express Urgent Care during COVID. When all others were limiting care, Health Express was efficient, professional and available. I have referred many family members, friends and employees. I have found their providers exceptional. After years of wasted time, I will not visit large hospital walk-in clinics to be sent away untreated and instructed should the same symptoms persist schedule another appointment next week, illogical but practiced. Health Express Urgent Care is a perfect first stop.

The nurse practitioner was good but we waited an hour to see her even though we set up an appointment and registered online.

Luckily this urgent care is around the corner from us. Super friendly and easy visits for myself and my 2 young kids. The staff is great. Everything works smooth and fast. Allie took care of my son this morning while he was feeling rather sick. She helped him feel at ease while she did all the swabs.Highly recommended!

Easy to make appt for Covid test using their Solv app, parking and location were great, staff on Saturday at 3 pm were great , however on Friday , I had difficulty with a second appt and when I called it was hard to reach front desk . Was placed on hold for 10 min 3 different times . Besides the desanitzer bottle there was no one wiping the knobs of the main door and lobby door or the chairs in waiting room and floors were dirty .

Great staff they work together to provide fast service and communication throughout. Dr. Laura was great!

Staff were excellent. The nurse practitioner, Ashley, was outstanding in terms of care and bedside manner, so to speak. I did not feel rushed,.However, there may be a staffing problem at the Avon Lake, Ohio office because the wait time was 30 minutes. Otherwise I would’ve given them five stars. Nevertheless, I will go there again if necessary. 👍

The nurse practioner was so rude! The other two ladies were so sweet and nice.. I thought the lady would be too but no shes rude as hell.. I would recommend if she wasnt there.

Said nothing was wrong with her. Took my daughter to the hospital the next day to find she had a respiorty infection.

Quick service. I had no appointment and only waited 10 minutes before being called back. Had something in my right eye. The woman practitioner saw me and flushed my eye. Tested that there was no cut on my eye. Prescribed an ointment to apply. Everyone was very nice and helpful.I recommend going there in a pinch or if you cant get an appointment with your doctor.

This Urgent Care is efficient clean and a very nice place. Once again they were able to see my child in a timely manner. They got us in and out with a solution. Highly recommend this Urgent Care if you are in need.

Have had to come here a few times. Today, my nurse Allie was such a great help, she listened well and I felt as though she actually sympathized with me about what I’ve experienced with other health places in the past. If I had to choose an urgent care, I would choose this one every time. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the building is so clean and professional. They make you feel like you matter here.

Made an appt the night before and waited only a few mins past my appt time. X-rays on site to really get to the bottom of the issue. Nice people and convenient location.

Front desk employee was not the nicest. Rather than helping me check in, she made me go online, which is fine. But then didn’t tell me I needed to come back when I was finished. During the o line check in it says your in line to be seen…not entirely true. I still needed to pay my co-pay. Therefore delaying me from being seen right away. I had to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper, so I had to get it refilled. Then, no soap. What type of medical facility doesn’t have soap to wash your hands? There are now patched large holes in the walls too. Very odd how the place isn’t being kept up. If it weren’t down the street from me, I’m not sure I’d go back.

I took two of my sons in (age 18 and 7) in today for suspected strep and they both usually dread the swab, but Ally did an incredible job with both boys! She was so quick and efficient with the strep swab and also the Covid swab for Finnegan, the boys were so impressed and said it was the least unpleasant swab theyve had to undergo. She was also very friendly and personable, and made the experience so much better for both boys. If we are in need of Urgent Care services, we will definitely be going back here, thank you so much Ally!

Fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. This is my go-to place in a pinch when we need a quick physical and for sore throats and ear infections. Today we were there for a sore throat. In and out in under an hour, but you should definitely do regi, paperwork, and check-in online before leaving your house; it helps them out and is easier for you, too.

Easier than scheduling with a primary care physician. I was able to book online an appointment within 2 hours. The online app is super easy and avoids filling out paperwork in the office. I was seen immediately and in and out within 15 min. I love that!!!! I hate waiting at doctors office for sometimes hours.The care I received was thorough and I trust Emma, the PA I saw. She didn’t try to Upsell me on unnecessary tests and was very pragmatic in her approach. I’m super pleased. I will be back - but hope I’m healthy enough to not return for a long while 😉

Yesterday was 3rd time visiting this urgent care. There is a reason they have the highest rating for Urgent Care Near Me. The entire staff is so kind and and professional. Id rather drive a little further even when sick.(they are not nearest to me), to receive kind and competent care, and would recommend them to anyone.

The fact they have appointment scheduling online, everyone is so nice and professional, timing has always been the best and they get back to you after you had some tests sent out. The greatness started when I called. Ashley Rooker answered. She listened to my concern and told me they could assist me. It was six o’clock and they closed at 7. She told me I could still come in. I drove there and arrived about 6:20. She let me know I have an outstanding bill butt still allowed me to be seen. She then printed my billing out and let me know she would have a billing specialist reach out to me. She never judged me and remained caring and professional. I also witnessed her on the phone with a patient when I walked in, she handled the call with a cheerful attitude and also had a great interaction with the fed ex delivery man as I waited and was so kind to the patient after me. Customer service is huge and she nailed it.I was called back after a short wait where I met Katie Gatte. The M.A. She was great. My blood pressure was high. She took it again for me and calmed me down by letting me know it was high probably due to the stress I was experiencing. She helped me with all the testing they had to do and was very patient with me.After that I met with the nurse practitioner Ashley Tobicash. I wish she would open up her own practice. She is such a blessings. I have had two encounters with her and she has impressed me both times with her listening ear, her calm demeanor, and her eagerness to help her patients.All three of them are amazing. They stayed late and made sure all of my concerns were addressed.I hope Health Express realizes how great the team really is and what a difference they make. They have hearts of gold and treat the patients like family. I just appreciate them for all they do to help our community. Oh and before I left, they took my blood pressure again to be sure I was ok and yes, after my experience with them, my blood pressure came down😊Thank you ladies for being there for me.❤️❤️❤️

It took me 90 minutes to be seen when I was told 50 minutes, and the app had me as “next in line” although like 5 people were called before me. A bit frustrating. I understand it was the busy season, but that was not great.

This is my go-to urgent care for my toddlers. Online appointments are super convenient and theres always availability. You can do all the paperwork right in the portal before going and the visits are really efficient. Weve had the same doctor the past several visits, Dr. Tobicash and shes absolutely wonderful!

The staff at this location ARE very courteous, cooperative, caring, and respectful. Each person, from the receptionist to the doctor I met with, were in a pleasant mood and genuinely wanted to help me with getting my DOT physical completed correctly. I was called in at my appointment time, and waited only a couple of minutes in the exam room. Everyone I saw was attentive and helpful. My prescriptions were sent immediately to my pharmacy. This is the second time I have been to this urgent care, and I had a similar experience the first time. I would definitely recommend the Avon Lake location!

First I must say that the employees here really care about the patients.For the first time in a very long time I didnt feel like a number.At Health Express Urgent Care they actually care about you.They dont rush you through their system to get their quotas for the day like so many other big medical facilities do around here.They listen to you and treat you accordingly.I had the pleasure of having N.P. Ashley take care of me today. Not only was she efficient, but really has a great bed side manner. I felt that she really listened to everything I said and when all was said and done I was very confident in her treatment.I was able to get seen and diagnosed in a very short period of time. Very confident in the medical staff here.I recommend this Health Express Urgent Care to everyone.I definitely will return to this facility in the future.

Honestly this urgent care was a terrible experience. I walked in the girls up front rushy didn’t let me finish my sentence. Then I get brought back and the provider didn’t look in my ears nothing even though we were being seen for covid and flu test. Then the ma was screaming down the hall it’s negative so we knew before they even came in. Honestly very unprofessional staff and very rushy. They really don’t care for patients and I won’t be returning. And the rooms were clean I had to clean off my chair when I got in the room there was hair on the chair..!!!!!! Also responding to the comment below it was this facility actually. Thank you for your unconcerned response while you continue to offer horrible uncleanly care to the public. !!!!!

I had an appt.; walked in and checked in (registered online), and got right in at my appointed time. It was a quick visit. I got the meds I needed and hopefully they will work. This morning was the first time for taking them. Very personable receptionist.

This place is much easier than trying to get an appt at the doctors office. They get you in and out quickly. Its good for the whole family to go to. They are also very friendly and helpful.

Had Bursitus - a bag of fluid on my elbow - and went to the Avon Lake office where Riche and Allie were my doctor/practioner team.They drained the fluid and provided an Rx to eliminate it happening again.Both Riche and Allie were exceptionally professional, patient, explained all, and were very friendly.Im be returning in the future with any additional maladies and hope to have the same team; although, I suspect all the locations staff may be equally as qualified, diligent and professional..

I took my 11-year-old daughter to this location because she wasn’t feeling well. The staff were empathetic and caring, and they listened to what I said and what my daughter said. I like everything about this practice, including the way patients are able to schedule appointments in advance online, which usually holds wait times to a minimum.

I brought for a Covid test and was able to do all the paperwork online at home before coming in, which made the check-in super easy! The front desk staff was very nice. The waiting area was very clean. We waited about 10 minutes to go into the back. I thought maybe having a separate waiting area for potential Covid cases would be a good idea. The medical assistant/nurse was very personable and thorough. She was careful and comforting to my daughter while swiping her nose for the Covid test. The nurse practitioner that came in to tell us the results gave my daughter a full exam and explained things thoroughly. She was very personable and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care to others!

Front desk is Very polite to everyone even when getting yelled at for being behind. They can’t control when wait times get longer then normal but also take the heat for it. Very polite and sweet. The back staff and doctor were also very kind and helpful.

This is the nicest urgent care facility Ive seen. Extremely clean and the staff was friendly. The doctor was great, I didnt feel like a number to be rushed in and out. This is not the closest urgent care to my home and I only came here initially because I could make an appointment for a covid test, but going forward I will gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to Health Express in Avon Lake if I need urgent care in the future.

I had the best visit at the Avon Lake Urgent Care. It is so clean and the receptionists are friendly. The Medical Assistant was so sweet and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable with diagnosing my symptoms and very caring. I thought I would have to pay out of pocket due to our high deductible plan, but it was fully covered! I would recommend this Health Express Urgent Care clinic to everyone!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Clean facility, friendly staff, exceptional care and no wait time. My 5 year old son required 4 stitches on his face. Dr. Hamed made him feel at ease took the time to do an excellent job with the sutures. Highly recommend!

I took both of my kids here today. Everyone that we encountered was so great to my kids! Both of them were screaming upon arrival, but they quickly calmed down when offered suckers. They also enjoyed the movie and toy area. Once taken back, the nurse was so sweet to them as well. To round off the visit, Dr. Hamed was great with them. He worked well with them even though they were screaming. He explained everything to me and my mother in law. He asked questions to gain a better understanding of the diagnosis so that he could give me a heads up on when her virus would hit its worst. This is the second urgent care that we have been to in two weeks, and heaven forbid we need a third trip, it will definitely be back to Health Express Urgent Care. It is a clean, friendly environment. I definitely recommend taking advantage of this facility if you find yourself i need of an urgent care.

Went there yesterday, the staff and doctor are down to earth friendly and professional.Office is immaculately clean and comfortableAnd the price can’t be beat.Definitely would recommend to anyone.Best part there is no waiting. Your in and out within 10 mins depending on the situation.Excellent customer service.

I made an appointment online and checking in was easy. They were very very busy. And did their best to accommodate my needs.

My experiences with Health Express Urgent Care have been fantastic. All the folks there are friendly and professional, and they take care of you and get you out in little or no time.

Honestly, seamless process and great staff. Making an appointment was extremely easy and intuitive on their site, I was in my appointment at the scheduled time (so many urgent cares are 30 mins after your appointment time), staff was very kind and helpful. Easy 5 stars!

The office is great and the Dr. is amazing. He takes his time and doesn’t rush through your exam and he is very concerned about everything aspect of your visit there. Would recommend this place to anyone that needs urgent care. The office is also very calm why you wait and the receptionist is a delight to introduce you to the facility and get your info in a timely manner.

My daughter needed a physical to participate in track at school and summer camp for scouts. They were going to charge me for doing two physicals even though it’s the same information for both forms. So they just wanted extra money to sign a second form - $35 for each form they signed. That’s money grabbing greedy - it’s literally the same info that goes on both forms. We will never be back. The CPN was very nice. Girls up front not so much.Definitely needs more instruction / info given out prior to appts.

Staff was super friendly and professional. The wait time was 2 hours despite checking in online.

We have been to this facility several times. Each and every time it has been a great experience! From sinus infections and checking for step to x-rays for a broken wrist, they do it all. The staff is absolutely amazing! We are so thankful that they are here in Avon Lake!

Very happy with the service I was provided with. From the Receptionist and nurse to the PA. Everyone was friendly and kind. Glad to have this facility here in Avon Lake. The facility itself is clean and inviting, more of a spa feeling than Urgent Care! Definitely recommended to friends.

Great service got me in and out

The providers were caring, thorough in their examinations, and they explained their findings so I would have a good understanding of the diagnosis and instructions for me for me to follow at home. They weren’t slow in their exam process but neither did they make me feel like they were in a rush to get rid of me. I would recommend them for others.

The nurse was so sweet and informative. Made me feel very welcome and took her time answering my questions/concerns. Doctor was very professional and reassuring. I felt that these people truly cared about my well-being.

Ali was very nice, quick to help, and knowledgeable. They had me in and out in no time. Great place to go for quick help.

I’ve always received great care here. However, I’m currently dealing with a collections agency about a bill from a claim that they submitted to the wrong insurance company. After calling a couple times and getting no answer, I emailed Health Express Urgent Care. According to them, this is the quickest way to get a response. Nearly a month later, they respond and tell me that the wrong insurance card is in Solv and to send the correct one for them submit the claim to. I screenshot my account in Solv showing the correct card has been in the account and provided a copy of the insurance card.Here we are 2 months later. They haven’t submitted anything to the insurance company, and I have collections calling me trying to get the full bill. Meanwhile, Urgent Care doesn’t answer a phone or email or respond to voicemail.Highly recommend you don’t go here.

From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, my concerns were listened to and taken seriously. I feel that they went well above what I was expecting. I did not feel like a number like I do in some large hospital settings. I will definitely have my family and I use their services in thefuture.

Our family uses this location regularly, and until today have never had a problem . I was VERY shocked when I brought our six year old daughter in who was having a allergic reaction to a antibiotic, covered in hives , 26 min before closing and the secretary with no mask on (when there sign on door clearly stated masks required for entry) spinning around in her chair , not one patient there, said they were closing soon and not accepting patients , very Uncompassionate and rude , and I to find somewhere else. So do you close at 3:30? Or is it 4? I’m confused ? Update your hours if they have changed. To turn down a child having a reaction ? I’m very disappointed , all we needed was a steroid to be prescribed. Went to the Urgi care in Avon , and was taken care of in 5 minutes .

Staff was prompt and friendly. Explained in detail of all what is expected during the visit. Wait time & visit time same as a doctors visit with an appointment. (1hr) First time visit/patient will recommend friends and family. Thank you Health Express Urgent Care.

I went on a Sunday. Short wait time. Nice atmosphere in the waiting room. Nice staff. The doctor is very knowledgeable and reassuring. I was in and out pretty much for 20 minutes.Thanks Dr. Ali :)

The front desk helped my granddaughter immediately!!! They were so thorough and sent our paperwork to us via text. They are even following up with my granddaughters test results. I would highly recommend them. Very friendly office staff and doctor.

Update: the bill was taken care of within hours of posting this review, so Ive updated my rating.Health Express Urgent Care was not up front with me about charges. I was told the amount I paid out of pocket that day, as a self-pay patient, would be the only amount I was responsible for - yet I continue to receive a bill from the outside lab they use. I even asked them not to send anything to the lab, but was told it was included in the money I paid to them the day of the visit. I have called the billing department numerous times who assured me they would handle the lab bill, but am still receiving a bill from the lab (3 months later) and am now just going to pay to avoid collections. Will not be going back to this urgent care.

Had to go in for a Covid-19 test last Wednesday for travel. Brooke and the rest of the staff were absolute gems being very professional and getting me in promptly. My main reasoning for this specific location was due to all the other good reviews prior. Cheers to you guys.

My visit went great! I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. They saw me on time and I was in and out in less than a half hour with x-rays, diagnosis and plan. Couldn’t have been any easier.

Have used this location for entire family. Very freindly staff and doc is awesome. Never a long wait. Will always use this location. Very different than any other urgent care I have been to. Keep up the good work!!

The receptionist and nurse were very nice but the Dr my 6 yr old son saw was Dr Ali and he acted as if he didnt wanna be bothered by us and dismissed my son as he was trying to talk to him. I was very disappointed and suprised seeing that this place had such good reviews. It was nice that they were open so late but Ill continue to go where I usually go and trust.

We are very impressed with this place. I took my 85 year old father and me in for sinus infections. My fathers insurance company had changed, unbeknownst to me, and I had forgotten his med list. They were very helpfully and took it all in stride while I got my ducks in a row. I unfortunately forgot the doctors name but he was very sweet and really took the time to listen. With my screen shot of meds and a very long list, there was a problem with the medication he prescribed for my Dad. He realized this 20 mins after we left. Which shows he was still being thorough and double checking. He call the pharmacy to changed the prescription then called me to explain. All honesty I would have never known he change the prescription. This mix up in medication would never killed my dad, it would have just been a slight problem with a combined medication he was already taken. I will take that type of physician everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. Mind you, my father takes 12 different pills a day and the pathetic screen shot I had was hard to read. I absolutely hate urgent care centers and the hospitals. This was such a pleasant experience. So much so that now my husband is on his way there since we cant get in to see our doctor. And a piece of advice during the flu season....WEAR A MASK! They are offered everywhere in every medical building. No matter if your sick or not. We can not get in to see our doctors because of the flu season. The overflow of sick people are ending up in hospitals and urgent care centers. So please, especially if your sick, WEAR A MASK.

I went in the afternoon with a finger injury. Even with four people ahead of me I was seen within 40 minutes. They took x-rays, splinted my finger, and I was on my way. Brooke, the physicians assistant that treated me, called the next morning to follow up and confirm that a radiologist had checked the x-rays and there was no fracture. Brooke, Elena (the nurse) and Angela (receptionist) could not have been nicer or more professional.

The nurse was so sweet. I couldnt even deal. I just wanted to hug her. I was so relaxed that my blood pressure was actually lowered and my normal doc keeps telling me that I am close to being on meds.

Clean office. Friendly and informative staff. I appreciated that everyone explained the process and any procedures that were done. Only fault that when you make an appointment online or in general that you are taken in on time. Overall I would totally recommend this place.

Every staff member I had was very friendly and listened to everything I had to say. They took in all the information and ran necessary steps to prescribe me what I needed. The entire process was quick and easy!

We took our 9 year old son in for a knee injury and Dr.Brooke Hohn was amazing! We were seen quickly and the staff is phenomenal! I wish Dr.Hohn still had a family medicine practice, I actually wanted to switch my primary care to her but then she closed her office to work in urgent care. I was never able to track her down, until we saw her by complete surprise today! I highly recommend this urgent care. The North Ridgeville office offers xrays, too!

I felt fine until I went to this place. I went for a Covid rapid test due to a co worker testing positive, paid $75, and was treated very rude. They say they are exempt from the cares act which states that the Covid test should be free. I saw no one wiping down any door handles the whole time I was there. 3 days later started having body aches. I sure hope I didn’t just pay $75 for Covid. No way to prove it I guess

I went to them for the first time on September 2nd to get a piece of glass out of my finger and, as someone who is terrified to go to the doctor, I was completely impressed with the service I received. The staff was patient, kind, and professional. I could not have been happier with my experience and with Doctor Moses Hamed. I plan to continue to use this location for any other health issues that may arise in the future.

They only take online appts right now and you will wait well over an hour past your appt time, there are no restrictions on the number of people in the waiting room, 1 bottle of sanitizer at the front desk, none in the bathroom and no one wiping anything down.
